In 2016, negotiated one of the largest commercial office lease transactions in central Ohio with rents exceeding $1 million per year; tenant improvements to exceed $1.5 million
Between 2016 and 2017, represented sellers of real estate in which sale prices for each transaction exceeded $4 million
